• Daily Rates Cancellation Policy : We must be notified 7 days in advance of your confirmed date for there to be no charge except $12 fee described below. Otherwise your credit card will be charged for one night.
• deposit required of pretax booking (half of number of nights  X  rate)
• In the event of cancellation, we retain $12 to cover administrative costs.
• No refund reimbursed if cancellation occurs less than 7 days before reservation.
• All rates subject to change and availability.
  
• No pets are permitted in accommodation suites.
